My mission is to build strong women from the outside in; mentally and physically. I believe in transforming lives, no quick fixes, no fad diets; fitness should be a change of mindset, a change of lifestyle. My goal is to make every work out enjoyable; exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore and never will with me.
I offer ladies only fitness classes. These are conducted in a women friendly environment, in a private studio in Hortonwood. These full body workouts are perfect for anyone wanting to tone up, increase fitness and strength, feel better about themselves not only on the outside but the inside too. No workout is the same and is always kept fun, fresh and challenging.
We use a mixture of weighted and body weight exercises and all sessions are suitable for all abilities and ages. All exercises can be adapted to suit any individual and every exercise is demoed and coached throughout your session.
All classes are flexible at £7 pay as you go and I also offer Small Group Personal Training. These sessions are tailored around what goals you’d like to achieve and what areas you want to target. These sessions are conducted in a Private PT Studio with no gym membership or monthly subscription necessary.
