Having trained with Esther for 3+ years I can honestly say she is amazing at what she does. The group sessions are mixed and varied, keeping them fresh and interesting, with a choice of weights depending upon your abilities. 1:1 PT sessions are aimed at your personnel goals and tailored to your skill set and any fitness issues/injuries. Having suffered with recurring back injuries Esther has tailored all my exercises accordingly and i haven’t had any problems in the time I’ve trained with her.
