For anyone that knows me, knows I dont do exercise for starters & I suffer with severe complicated crohns. The last 2 years I have undergone life changing abdominal surgeries, been an inpatient for over 13 weeks in just one admission, nearly died from sepsis, TPN, steroids, you name it, its happened!! I can safely say starting with Esther just a month ago the changes in my physical, emotional & mental health are massive. Esther encourages & enthuses you too achieve your best 💪🏼💪🏼

Bootcamp is full on graft & PT is hard hard work but the results are growing!!
