Pilates & Yoga improve flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Pilates & Yoga caters to all abilities and everyone is encouraged to work at the level most appropriate to their current ability with modifications and progressions being offered as appropriate.
