The Group Personal Training Sessions I offer are tailored around you and what you want to achieve. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build strength, increase fitness or take your training to the next level.

Group Personal Training is aimed at any level of fitness and beginners are welcome. No matter where you’re starting from; it’s never too late to start, never too soon to change.

Exercise doesn’t just change you physically but change you mentally too; changing your whole outlook on life. Sessions are conducted in a private PT area, no gym membership or monthly subscription needed. Message me today to start your fitness journey.

The Group Personal Training sessions are conducted in my Private Studio based in Hortonwood. With small groups of 8 people per session we focus highly on form and technique, working with heavier weights and more complex exercises. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, Olympic barbells and work on resistance training as well as strength and endurance. Every session can be adapted for any ability and is suitable for beginners.

Sessions are 1 hour long and are flexible at £10 pay as you go. Great for anyone looking to build strength, tone and have fun; training in a safe, private environment.

Current Group Personal Training times;

Weekdays – 7am, 9.15am, 5pm & 6.15pm

Weekends – 8am & 9.15am
